Are you Flawless?

Check out some of our Frequently Asked Questions below. If you don’t see your question below, contact us and we’ll get back to you as quickly as possible.”

We are currently based in Elsmere, KY. However, we are proud to serve the Greater Cincinnati Tri-State area.

Erin Florence is our main photographer, but we do have the option of a 2nd photographer. This photographer is Cory Florence, Erin’s husband. Unless requested, he will not be present for female shoots, for your comfort. The only other person you may encounter is Kierra Rademacher, Erin’s manager, to help with all bookings and will act as an assistant during photoshoots.  We also work with various hair and makeup artists throughout the Greater Cincinnati Area.

(Please note:  Depending on distance, a travel fee may be additional.)

Absolutely not! We will be with you every step of the way to make sure your photos are flawless. This includes a posing guide you can review before and during your shoot, and direction from the photographer.

You are more than welcome to bring ONE guest with you. We have found that clients who bring a guest with them feel more comfortable and are able to loosen up for amazing, natural shots.

For an additional charge, you may add another person to your package.

It may be intimidating having a camera in your face. However, we will do our very best to help you feel at home in your skin and create an experience you will love. Our photographer will help direct your poses and walk you through any explanations.

We ask for a non-refundable 20% deposit on all bookings. This will go towards the total of your shoot, and is required to reserve the photographer’s time.

Of course, you can! We want to be flexible with our clients, but we also need to protect the value of our time, so each reschedule will have a $35 fee.  All rescheduling must be completed 48 hours prior to original scheduled time. If less than 48 hours notice is provided, there will be a $75 rescheduling fee.

Our photographer will help direct your poses and walk you through any explanations.

If you are experienced with doing professional-level hair & makeup, we would say that is definitely an option. However, because Professional Estheticians & Cosmetologists have immense knowledge of the best techniques for an on-camera look, we highly recommend you work along with them to create your perfect look if you are not a pro.

In most situations, this should not be a problem. However, please contact your photographer to verify desired props are acceptable.
